In this tour you will learn all the science and all the steps that a coffee cherry goes through, from its plantation, through the harvesting, depulping, fermentation, washing, drying, threshing and finally the roasting of the coffee. All this you will see in an experimental way, directly from the hand of an expert coffee grower, passionate about his profession and dedicated to explore specialty coffees in his beautiful farm just a few minutes from the city.
